Refunds, terms, privacy

Every set is a digital download delivered immediately after payment, so we cannot offer refunds once a set has been downloaded.

If a file is missing, will not open, or is not what the set page describes, email studyvault.sg@gmail.com with your order number within 7 days. We will replace the file or refund the purchase in full.

If you paid twice for the same set by mistake, we refund the duplicate.

Buying a set gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the files with your own child or the students you teach. You may print them for that use.

You may not share, resell, upload, or redistribute the files, in whole or in part. Doing so ends the licence.

The papers are practice materials collected from schools and tuition centres and worked through by hand. They are not official MOE test papers and StudyVault is not affiliated with MOE.

Prices are in Singapore dollars and include any applicable fees. Payment is processed by Stripe under Stripe's terms.

We collect your email address to send your receipt and download links, and to answer support questions. We do not sell it or add it to marketing lists.

Payment details are handled by Stripe; we never see your card number or bank details. Stripe's privacy policy applies to the payment step.

Download links are tied to your order and expire after a short time; opening your order page issues new ones.

The site sets no advertising cookies. To have your order record and email deleted, write to studyvault.sg@gmail.com.
